AllWays Dance Program
AllWays Dance is the signature movement program by Studio One Dance, built on the belief that every body deserves to dance. Designed with inclusion at its core, AllWays Dance brings joyful, chair-based movement to people of
all ages, all abilities, and all mobility levels.

Our program travels directly to senior living communities, memory care and assisted living facilities, senior centers, adult day programs, libraries, and community spaces—partnering with organizations that value wellness, connection, and fun.

Whether your group prefers nostalgic tunes from decades past or the energy of today’s pop hits, AllWays Dance offers a flexible format that meets your community where they are. Each class includes adaptive choreography, music-driven movement, and opportunities for self-expression and social connection—all from the comfort of a chair.

Class Schedule Options
We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly contract options to suit your program’s schedule and budget. All sessions are 45 minutes and include:

AllWays Dance: All Abilities (45 minutes)
The All-Abilities dance class is an inclusive, adaptive chair yoga and dance class tailored to meet the diverse needs of participants, regardless of their physical or cognitive challenges. This class incorporates a variety of dance genres and emphasizes repetition and movement patterns to improve balance, coordination, and memory. Designed for individuals with disabilities this class uses modern upbeat music that enhances a supportive space where everyone can express themselves, experience the joy of movement and develop self-confidence through dance.
AllWays Dance: Timeless Era (45 minutes)
Our Timeless Era Class is designed for seniors with limited mobility. This class uses a seated approach, incorporating gentle movements set to classic music from the 50s, 60s and 70s. This class aims to stimulate memory, improve coordination, and encourage social interaction, all while providing a fun, low-impact way to stay active. Participants enjoy music from various decades while engaging in repetitive choreography patterns that promote both physical and mental well-being.
Timeless Line Dancing: Standing (45 minutes)
This fun and energizing standing class teaches classic line dances set to the timeless hits of the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s. Designed for beginners, each session breaks down easy-to-follow steps, helping participants build confidence, coordination, and rhythm—all while enjoying the music they love.
This 45-minute class is perfect for those who can stand and move independently, offering a great way to stay active, socialize, and embrace the joy of dance. No prior experience is needed. This class encourages fitness, fun, and camaraderie for individuals ready to take their dancing skills to the next level.
